We Only Collect What We Need

ph365net collects personal data for specific, legitimate purposes — account verification, payment processing, legal compliance, and platform improvement. We do not collect information we have no use for, and we do not sell your data to third parties for marketing.

Your Data Is Encrypted and Secured

All data transmitted between your device and ph365net is protected by SSL/TLS encryption. Stored data is held on secured servers with access controls. Our security measures are reviewed regularly and updated to reflect current best practices.

We Do Not Sell Your Information

ph365net does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for their own marketing or commercial use. When we share data with service providers, it is only to the extent necessary to deliver the ph365net platform to you, and those providers are bound by strict data handling agreements.

You Have Real Control Over Your Data

As a ph365net member, you have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. You can also limit certain types of data processing and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. See Section 9 of this policy for how to exercise your rights.

We Keep Data Only as Long as Necessary

ph365net retains personal data for as long as your account is active or as required by legal obligations — including anti-money-laundering record-keeping requirements under Philippine law. Once data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.

We Notify You of Significant Changes

If ph365net makes material changes to this Privacy Policy, we will notify members by email or via a prominent notice on the platform before the changes take effect. We encourage you to review this page periodically so you're always up to date.

1 Who We Are

This Privacy Policy is issued by ph365net ("ph365net," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph365net.app. ph365net serves members in the Philippines and operates in accordance with Philippine data privacy law, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

For the purposes of this policy, ph365net acts as the data controller — meaning we determine the purposes and means of processing your personal data. When we engage service providers to process data on our behalf, those providers act as data processors under our instruction and are bound by contractual data protection obligations consistent with Philippine law.

2 Personal Data We Collect

ph365net collects the following categories of personal data from members and prospective members:

Identity and Contact Information

  • Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID
  • Date of birth and age verification information
  • Residential address (barangay, city/municipality, province)
  • Mobile phone number and email address
  • Government-issued ID number and document type (e.g., PhilSys, driver's licence, passport)

Financial Information

  • GCash or Maya mobile wallet reference numbers
  • Bank account numbers and registered bank name (for withdrawal processing)
  • Visa or Mastercard card details (card number, expiry — collected and processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways; ph365net does not store full card numbers)
  • Deposit and withdrawal transaction history

Gaming Activity Data

  • Bet history, game session logs, and win/loss records
  • Bonus and promotion usage
  • Responsible gaming tool settings (deposit limits, self-exclusion status)

Technical and Device Data

  • IP address and approximate geolocation
  • Device type, operating system, browser type and version
  • Login timestamps and session duration

Note: ph365net does not collect sensitive personal data such as biometric information, health records, or religious affiliation unless specifically required for legal compliance and with your explicit consent.

3 How We Collect Your Data

ph365net collects personal data through the following methods:

  • Account registration: Information you provide directly when creating your ph365net account, including name, date of birth, contact details, and chosen credentials.
  • Identity verification: Documents you submit to verify your identity, age, or payment method ownership in response to a ph365net verification request.
  • Payment transactions: Data generated when you make deposits or request withdrawals via GCash, Maya, bank transfer, or card payment channels.
  • Platform use: Data automatically generated as you interact with ph365net — including the games you play, bets you place, and features you use.
  • Customer support interactions: Information you provide when contacting ph365net support via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.
  • Cookies and tracking technologies: Technical data collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies when you visit and use the ph365net platform. See Section 7 for details.

5 Legal Basis for Processing

  • Contract performance: Processing necessary to provide the ph365net gaming platform to you, process your transactions, and manage your account.
  • Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including anti-money-laundering legislation, gaming regulations, tax requirements, and court orders.
  • Legitimate interests: Processing for purposes such as fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and analytics — where those interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
  • Consent: Processing for optional purposes — such as marketing communications — where you have given specific, informed consent. You may withdraw consent for these purposes at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.

6 Data Sharing and Disclosure

ph365net does not sell your personal data. We may share data with the following categories of recipients only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

Payment Processors

When you make a deposit or request a withdrawal, relevant transaction data is shared with your chosen payment provider — GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, Mastercard, or other accepted channels. These providers process your financial data under their own privacy policies and regulatory obligations as licensed financial service providers in the Philippines.

Identity Verification Providers

ph365net may use third-party identity verification services to check documents submitted by members. These providers process identity data on our behalf under strict contractual data protection obligations and do not retain your data beyond the verification purpose.

Gaming Technology Providers

Game providers supplying live dealer tables, RNG games, or other platform features may receive session and transaction data necessary to deliver those games. All providers are contracted to handle ph365net member data in compliance with applicable privacy law.

Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities

ph365net will disclose personal data to government agencies, regulators, or law enforcement bodies when required to do so by law, court order, or lawful regulatory direction — including requests related to anti-money-laundering investigations, tax compliance, or licensing requirements.

Important: ph365net will never share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing, advertising, or commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

7 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

ph365net uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, and analyse how members use the site. Here is what each category does:

  • Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the platform to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in and security cookies that protect against cross-site request forgery. These cannot be disabled.
  • Functional cookies: Remember your language, display preferences, and game lobby filters so you don't need to re-set them on each visit.
  • Analytics cookies: Help ph365net understand how members navigate the platform — which pages are visited most, where users drop off, and how features are used. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
  • Performance cookies: Monitor platform load times and technical errors so our development team can identify and fix issues quickly.

You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies may affect some features of the ph365net platform. ph365net does not use cookies to serve third-party advertisements.

8 Data Security

ph365net implements technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

  • SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and ph365net servers.
  • Encryption of sensitive data at rest on ph365net infrastructure.
  • Restricted access controls — employees and contractors access member data only on a need-to-know basis and under strict confidentiality obligations.
  • Regular security assessments and penetration testing of the ph365net platform.
  • PCI-DSS compliant card payment processing — ph365net does not store full card numbers on its own systems.
  • Incident response procedures — in the event of a data breach that creates a risk to members, ph365net will notify affected individuals and relevant authorities as required by law.

While ph365net takes every reasonable step to secure your data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are also responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Never share your ph365net password with anyone.

9 Your Privacy Rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights regarding your personal data held by ph365net. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@ph365net.app. We will respond within 15 business days of receiving a verifiable request.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data ph365net holds about you, along with information about how it is being used. ph365net will provide this information in a commonly used electronic format. One free copy is provided per 12-month period; additional copies may incur a reasonable administrative fee.

If any personal data ph365net holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request correction. You can update most of your contact information directly in your account settings. For changes to identity-linked data (name, date of birth, ID number), you will need to submit supporting documentation.

You may request deletion of your personal data when it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, when you withdraw consent (and no other legal basis applies), or when the data has been unlawfully processed. Please note that ph365net is required under Philippine anti-money-laundering and gaming regulations to retain certain transaction and identity records for a minimum period defined by law, even after account closure. Data subject to these obligations cannot be deleted until the retention period expires.

You have the right to object to processing of your personal data that is based on ph365net's legitimate interests, and to processing for direct marketing purposes. If you object to marketing communications, you can opt out at any time via the unsubscribe link in any ph365net promotional email or by updating your communication preferences in your account settings.

Where processing is based on your consent or on contract performance, and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. You can request a data export from ph365net by contacting our support team at support@ph365net.app.

If you believe ph365net has handled your personal data in a way that violates the Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. We encourage you to contact ph365net support first so we can try to resolve your concern directly, but you are under no obligation to do so before filing a complaint with the NPC.

10 Data Retention

ph365net retains personal data for as long as your account is active and for a period after account closure as required by applicable law. Retention periods for key data categories are as follows:

  • Identity and verification documents: Retained for a minimum of 5 years after account closure, in compliance with anti-money-laundering regulations.
  • Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years after the transaction date, as required by Philippine tax and AML legislation.
  • Gaming activity logs: Retained for up to 3 years after the relevant activity, for dispute resolution and regulatory purposes.
  • Customer support communication history: Retained for up to 2 years after the interaction, for quality assurance and dispute resolution.
  • Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent, plus a reasonable period for record-keeping purposes.

Once retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised so it can no longer be linked to any individual.

11 Children's Privacy

ph365net's gaming platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 21. If ph365net discovers that a minor has submitted personal data in the course of attempting to register or use the platform, we will delete that data promptly and permanently close the associated account.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a minor in your care has attempted to create a ph365net account or has provided personal data to our platform, please contact us immediately at support@ph365net.app. We will investigate and take appropriate action without delay.

12 Third-Party Links and Integrations

The ph365net platform may contain links to third-party websites or services — for example, links to payment provider platforms when you initiate a deposit. These third-party sites operate under their own privacy policies, and ph365net is not responsible for their data practices. We recommend reviewing the privacy policy of any third-party service you use in connection with your ph365net account.

ph365net does not embed third-party advertising or social media tracking pixels on the platform. We do not participate in ad networks that use member data for targeted advertising.

13 Updates to This Privacy Policy

ph365net may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how we process data, changes in applicable law, or changes to the platform. When we make material changes — meaning changes that significantly affect how we use your data or your rights as a member — we will notify you by email to your registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the platform, at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Minor or clarificatory changes may be made without individual notification. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision. We encourage you to check this page periodically, especially if you receive a notification of update.

Philippine members: Your data privacy rights under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) are fully recognised by ph365net. You may also escalate unresolved privacy complaints to the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
