Terms and Conditions — ph365net Online Gaming

1 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "you," "your") and ph365net ("ph365net," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the ph365net website at ph365net.app, all associated mobile interfaces, and any related services ("the Platform"). By creating an account, logging in, or placing any bet or wager on ph365net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

ph365net operates as an online gaming platform serving the Philippine market. All gaming and betting services offered on ph365net are provided for entertainment purposes. We do not guarantee any financial return from gaming activity, and past outcomes do not indicate future results.

These Terms are written in English (en-PH). In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translation, the English version takes precedence.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To access the gaming services offered by ph365net, you must register a member account. Registration is free and open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is a hard requirement and is strictly enforced by ph365net.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and at the time of placing bets.
• You are not currently self-excluded from ph365net or any other licensed gaming platform under an active exclusion order.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of ph365net or any of its affiliated gaming providers.

One Account Rule

Each individual person may hold only one ph365net account. Duplicate accounts — whether created using different names, email addresses, or phone numbers — are strictly prohibited. ph365net uses automated detection and manual review processes to identify duplicate registrations. Any duplicate account discovered will be suspended, and bonuses or winnings associated with it may be voided.

Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. ph365net reserves the right to request supporting documents — including a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership — to verify the information provided. Accounts with unverified or inaccurate information may have withdrawal requests held pending verification.

3 Account Security

Your ph365net account credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. You must keep them confidential and must not share them with any other person. ph365net will never ask you for your full password via chat, email, or any other communication channel.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must contact ph365net customer support immediately so that the account can be secured. ph365net will investigate reports of unauthorized access but cannot be held liable for losses incurred before you report the incident.

ph365net recommends enabling all available account security features, including two-factor authentication where offered, and using a strong, unique password for your ph365net account. You should never access ph365net from shared or public devices, and you should always log out fully after each session.

4 Deposits

ph365net accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit amounts are processed in Philippine Peso (₱).

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at ph365net is ₱100. There is no platform-imposed maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction caps. Deposits made via e-wallet (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) typically reflect in your ph365net balance within minutes. Bank transfers via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to one banking day.

Deposit Responsibility

All funds deposited to ph365net must come from a payment method registered in your own name. ph365net does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment method not registered to you, the deposit may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation. Deposits that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be treated as fraudulent.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at ph365net are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a mandatory anti-money-laundering requirement. If you deposited via GCash, your withdrawal will be processed to your GCash wallet. If you deposited via BDO Online, your withdrawal will be sent to the same BDO account.

Verification Requirement

Withdrawals will only be processed for accounts that have completed identity verification. Unverified accounts may request withdrawals, but processing will be paused until verification documents are submitted and approved. ph365net strongly recommends completing verification as soon as you register to avoid any delays when you win.

Processing Times

• E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya): typically processed within a few hours of approval.
• Bank transfers (InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank): typically 1–2 banking days after approval.
• Card withdrawals (Visa, Mastercard): 3–5 business days, subject to your issuing bank's processing timeline.

Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. ph365net does not charge a platform withdrawal fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ph365net offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing members. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and special event promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly communicated at the time the promotion is made available.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ph365net account carry wagering requirements before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement on a ₱1,000 bonus means you must wager ₱20,000 in qualifying bets before requesting a withdrawal of winnings derived from that bonus.

Game Contribution Rates

Not all games on ph365net contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games such as baccarat and roulette may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rates for each game type are specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Check these before choosing which games to play toward a bonus.

Bonus Abuse

ph365net actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns, including claiming multiple bonuses across duplicate accounts, low-risk wagering techniques intended to clear requirements without genuine play risk (bonus arbitrage), and any form of collusion. Accounts found to be abusing promotions will have the associated bonuses voided and may be suspended.

7 Game Rules & Betting

All games available on ph365net — including slots, baccarat, roulette, sabong, color game, esports betting, virtual sports, and all others — are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface on the platform. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm that you have understood and accepted the rules for that game.

ph365net uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all computer-generated games. Live dealer games are operated with real cards, real dealers, and real-time results. The outcomes of all games on ph365net are independently verified and are not manipulated by the platform.

Bet Placement

Once a bet is confirmed on ph365net, it cannot be cancelled or amended. You are responsible for reviewing your bet details — stake amount, market selection, and odds — before confirming. ph365net will not reverse confirmed bets except in cases of clear technical error on the part of the platform.

Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game play or results, ph365net reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to member accounts. Winnings paid as a result of a documented technical error may be recalled from member balances.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ph365net and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or do not meet the eligibility criteria in Section 2.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or using false or borrowed identity information.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any third-party software to interact with the ph365net platform or to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in live game environments to coordinate bets or outcomes.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors in any game on ph365net. Any such errors must be reported to support immediately.
• Using funds on ph365net that are derived from illegal activity of any kind.
• Engaging in charge-backs on deposited funds while retaining winnings in your ph365net account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ph365net staff or other members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to circumvent ph365net's anti-money-laundering procedures or identity verification processes.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph365net platform — including but not limited to the ph365net brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of ph365net or its licensed content providers. No part of the platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, or transmitted in any form without the prior written consent of ph365net.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the ph365net platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This license does not include any right to resell, commercially exploit, or create derivative works based on any part of the ph365net platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

ph365net provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, the accuracy of information, or suitability for any particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph365net will not be liable for:

• Any financial losses resulting from gaming activity on the platform.
• Losses caused by temporary unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the ph365net platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits ph365net's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

ph365net is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. Gaming should always be an enjoyable pastime — not a source of financial stress or a compulsive behavior. ph365net provides a range of tools to help members stay in control of their gaming activity.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
• Session time alerts: Receive reminders after you have been active for a set period of time.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently restrict your access to ph365net with immediate effect.
• Reality checks: Optional prompts that show your net gaming activity during a session.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

ph365net reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• The account holder has violated any provision of these Terms.
• ph365net has reasonable grounds to believe the account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• The account holder fails to provide verification documents within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• A regulatory requirement or court order mandates the suspension or closure.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming program.

In cases of account closure for legitimate reasons unrelated to violations (e.g., self-exclusion requests or voluntary closure), any verified cash balance remaining in the account will be returned to the member via their registered payment method after standard processing and verification checks are completed.

In cases of closure due to fraud, rule violations, or abuse, ph365net reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation and may permanently forfeit those balances if the violation is confirmed.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ph365net reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ph365net will notify members via the contact information registered to their account and will display a prominent notice on the platform for a reasonable period following the change.

Your continued use of ph365net after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you should discontinue use of the platform and request account closure before the new Terms take effect.

The date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently updated. ph365net recommends reviewing this page periodically so you're always aware of the current rules.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to your use of ph365net that cannot be resolved through our internal customer support process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to contact ph365net customer support and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 calendar days for the matter to be resolved through direct communication. ph365net is committed to resolving disputes fairly and as quickly as possible.
